OGE Hammer Unions Install Tool provide more efficiently and safely ability in the assembling and disassembling hammer unions works.

Featuring a two-part design, the tool combines a durable, high-strength alloy steel adapter with a pneumatic hammer. The adapter is interchangeable to accommodate unions of various sizes.

For optimal operation, OGE Hammer Unions Install Tool requires an 90 psi air supply, delivered through a 1/2-inch hose. The direction of operation is reversible, allowing the tool to both tighten and loosen union connections.

To operate the tool:
Begin by hand-tightening the hammer union until the wing nut is secure. Position the OGE Hammer Unions Install Tool‘s adapter over the wing nut, ensuring it is seated against one lug and oriented for tightening. Apply rotational force via the gooseneck handle until resistance is met. Then, engage the trigger while maintaining slight pressure on the handle.
