Hydraulically operated Circulation Sub offers the operator two different functions. When drilling with a mud motor, a ball may be dropped in order to shift the Circulation Sub into the open position, which in turn uses the drop ball to shut off the flow to the mud motor, forcing the circulation flow out the four [...]

Global Dynamics Motorhead Assembly combines our Dual Flapper Check Valve, our Heavy Duty Hydraulic Disconnect, as well as the Dual Activated Circulation Sub.  The choice of tubing connector is not dictated by the Motorhead, therefore giving the operator the flexibility to choose the most appropriate connector to suit the application.  With a considerable reduction in [...]

The GDI Heavy Duty Hydraulic Disconnect is designed to endure even the most rigorous and demanding coiled tubing applications. The HD hydraulic disconnect allows the tool string to detach at a predetermined point via the deployment of a suitable drop ball through the coiled tubing. The drop ball locates onto the piston sleeve creating sufficient back [...]

An Anchor Sub is used when you have Wireline or TEC cable inside coiled tubing, and there is a need to do a flow through application like milling, or pressure setting a packer.

Smart-Link is a downhole sensor system used to provide real-time information about downhole conditions during milling and various other operations, it is for use on E-coil.

The Smart-Link DH (Down Hole) includes an integrated cable head, sensor suite, processing electronics and telemetry section. The sensor suite includes measurements for: circulation and annulus pressure; tool temperature; vibration and shock in the axial and lateral directions; torque; and weight on bit.

Optional interface dongles are provided upon request to connect the Smart-Link system to customer’s onsite equipment such as the coiled tubing truck’s data acquisition system.

The Coil-Link SMART-LINK SURFACE CONTROL UNIT (SCU) provides power and communicates with the Smart-Link DH; logs the data received from the Smart-Link DH; and provides a WIFI and Ethernet connection to locally connected devices to view the real-time sensor data. The SCU is housed in a portable PelicanTM case.

Two tablet computers, mounted in rugged enclosures, are supplied with the Smart-Link system to display the real-time information from the Smart-Link DH. A Graphical User Interface (GUI) is served from the Smart-Link SCU for viewing on the tablet computers. Consultants on site can also connect their laptop computers, tablets, and smart phones to the Smart-Link [...]
